International Orders
We use International Express Service for all international deliveries. The orders usually are dispatched within 36-48 hours from the order date. After the goods are dispatched, we will provide you a tracking number for tracking online immediately. The shipping usually takes 6-8 business days for door to door delivery.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately, 25% cancellation fee applies.Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns
In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.
To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.
Goods can be returned unused and contain all the original packaging and labels. All orders are free shipping,but it doesn't mean that you would return the shoes for free.Exactly,all the shipping charges are contained within the price.Should you wish to return the order,we will credit your original method of payment, excluding 25% re-stocking/processing fee and USD $ 40 shipping fee after return order deliver to us. Exchanges
To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer, including 25% re-stocking/processing fee and USD $ 40 reship fee.
We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. For overseas orders this process can take up to 30 days.
